We provide material & labour or labour only services within these fields, providing an integrated specialist extension of our customers business.
We offer a full electrical design service together with design development as required. Sourcing efficient alternatives to specified products can provide us with a competitive edge, equally we use nationwide buying groups to ensure we secure the best trade discounts available.
NICEIC accredited Testing facilities and safe systems of work ensure all contracts are safe and certified prior to hand over. Ensuring Building Control approval is swift.

BM Technical work with Manufacturers, Logistics Distributors, Automobile Service Centres, Theatre Operators, Sports Clubs, Health Authorities and Local Councils to provide a planned preventative maintenance programme together with facilitating building renovation/modernisation.
We provide full turn key developments, incorporating small scale building works, securing the necessary Building Control approval for new build projects right through to small scale installations adding an additional socket here or a data point there.
We offer all manner of testing to ensure our clients systems are compliant with all applicable regulatory procedures and for insurance purposes, including PAT Testing, Electrical Condition Reports, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm and Minor Works Certified by the NICEIC regulatory body and data installations providing Excel 25 Year warrantees.
Satisfying the requirements of the CDM Regulations BM Technical manage the project from initial concept through to creation, working closely with the Client to ensure the project delivers on expectations.
