EMERALD GARDENS, WEMBLEY

Working closely with M&E Contractor H E Simm, BM Technical provided the Electrical Resources required to complete the Shell & Core Electrical Installation and Apartment Fit Out to 472 Apartments in Wembley, London for Main Contractor John Sisk & Son.  The project took 18 months to deliver and completed in August 2016 on schedule.  The 7 blocks of apartments were carried out simultaneously and required at peak over 40 operatives to ensure we met the demanding programme.  Integration with other trades was essential to this project and with a strong management & supervisory capability, integrated with the Client team, BM Technical surpassed client expectations.
