ST JAMES THEATRE, WESTMINSTER

A complex project to install a brand new Theatre into a concrete abyss in the heart of Westminster.  Installed to 3 storey's below Ground and 1 above.  The Theatre was both technically and physically challenging.  Working in a concrete labyrinth there wasn't a great deal of room for services to run, co-ordination was essential with many decisions taken in the moment overcoming constraints to achieve the high level finish required for both Front & Back of House.  BM Technical installed the Distribution, Lighting, Specialist Stage Lighting & Power, Small Power, Fire Alarm, Security Systems and Data Networks to this amazing new development.
